We target 99.9% or higher. If we experience an outage on our side, we provide service credits based on duration. If you require near 100%* uptime, that can be set up through multiple, geo-dispersed backups through our CloudFlare partnership.

Do you include email hosting?
We recommend dedicated email providers for deliverability and reliability. We’ll help connect DNS and records, and may suggest dedicated SMTP delivery services depending on your needs.
