Howwegothere.

From a Denver Mac shop in the early 1990s to a multi-practice infrastructure consultancy and AI-native partner. The work has changed; the instinct hasn't.

The arc

Chapters of the story

Early 1990s

It started with the machines

A small Denver outfit keeping Macs running for businesses that couldn't afford downtime. The product was reliability — and the habit of being accountable for it stuck.

Growth

Then the systems underneath

As clients grew, so did what needed keeping alive — networks, servers, and the wiring behind the business. The work moved from devices to the infrastructure they depend on.

The web, operated — not just built

Websites stopped being brochures and became infrastructure: hosting, commerce, and the platforms a business runs on. We started operating them month over month, not handing them off.

Now

An AI-native partner

The same instinct — make the systems a business depends on quietly work — now extends to private AI: agents, automation, and knowledge systems built around the operation.

Still independent, still in Denver

Three-plus decades in, the model hasn't changed: vendor-neutral, operator-first, and accountable for the result long after the install.
